Little Bead is a new coffee table book on transform- ation as seen in the bead- making process in Ghana. Gorgeous photographs of an actual bead-making factory in Ghana are featured in Gina's latest creation which simplifies the process of spiritual transformation for all ages. Even children will be able to see how God uses difficulties to turn us into something beautiful.
Written in collaboration with Pam Cope of Touch A Life, and photographers Brianna Wollman and Rachel Johnson. Proceeds go to help organizations dedicated to abolishing human trafficking.
Stone's Throw Ministry was founded by Gina Calvert in 2008. It exists to help those who are struggling with life find solutions that work. For years, Gina struggled with depression and a variety of relational and physical maladies. Her desire for health drove her to learn what makes us tick and how we can leverage life's realities to find harmony. The result was a journey of personal healing and empowerment that led Gina to realize that the answers are right before us. At any moment, we're just a stone's throw away from a realization that could change everything.
Gina's passion for physical, spiritual and emotional health has become an outreach to educate others about these matters. She is a wife and mother, a Christian speaker, the author of From Gravel to Glory, and she is currently involved in working with women and children affected by human trafficking in Ghana (see below).
Whether you love to learn, need prayer or Bible study, want personal direction, need a speaker for your women's event of any size, or you're just looking for a place to connect with a rescued woman of faith, Gina Calvert of Stone's Throw Ministry is a great place to start.
